Ron is loved by so many people who have really stepped up to help their friend...I am amazed by the speed in which you all are moving! I'll e-mail everyone I know to get them aware of the need of funds and support for our wonderful friends, Ron and Danae.

I would like information on something that I can help with. I have many skills: organization, web design and development, research, dealing with people. I can also run errands, cook a mean hamburger, make phone calls, run a cash register. Do you know of any specific needs that they have right now? Please call or email: elsie@truegreenstudios.com -- 941-870-5573

Thanks!

Just wanted to make sure everyone knows the 3 ways to donate:

1)Any Wachovia Bank: ask to make a
deposit in the Ron O'Leary
account. Danae's sister, Kristin
Pufta, is also on the account
right now. We are consulting
with a lawyer to find out
how to create a fund.

2)Cards and donations can
be sent to:
Ron O'Leary
P.O. Box 50631
Sarasota, FL
34232

3)Website(coming soon!)will
have Pay Pal:
theronolearyfund.org OR
theronolearyfund.com

Felix has also included an events calendar on the website. We ask that you please post any fundraising activities so we can be sure to get publicity!!!

Just wanted to let everyone know that I just received an e-mail from David Gulliver at the Herald Tribune and he said the story is basically done, he just wanted to touch base with Danae for finishing touches and it will likely be in the paper this Sunday!!! Also, I had a thought about contacting Ben and Jerry's on St. Armands Circle. I believe that they love to contribute to fund raising activities. Does anyone know anyone that knows anyone at Ben and Jerry's???? If not, I will try and contact someone there. Let me know. Also I contacted Caraguilos and they just want some ideas, would like to see The Bungalow in with The Originals and get all The Originals involved in some sort of fund raiser, but they are in as soon as we let them know what we would like them to do, and when, any ideas anyone??? Broken Egg and the other Breakfast and Lunch on Siesta are on my list for tomorrow (thursday) evening.

Elsie, Danae requested from me today that she would like some single serving meals that she can freeze made up. You know, something low sodium. She needs to feed Ron and her cousin Zach (and sometimes herself) when she comes home from work. So..........anyone who would like to cook, it needs to be, like I said, single serving, low sodium, freezable caserole type meals. I am having mine and Danae's team at Hospice make some up as well!!! Thanks in advance for Danae, Ron and Zach!!!!

Hello everyone!
Emilie and I just got off the phone and want to meet again on Saturday the 27th(if this is good for everyone). Our first fundraiser is in the works at a place in Cortez..this will be a "raffle" type fundraiser and we ask if anyone can collect items or gift certificates for a raffle...We will ask restaurants to donate food and Bud to donate beer...this could be big! I am working on some bands to play at The Bungalow some Sunday within the next month...Thank you all for your hard work...

Here's a note after a donation on Paypal from Chris and The Miller Family.

Ron and Roy are old friends of ours from waaay back to the early 80's and we wouldn't have made it to and from school without Mr. O'Leary's car pool.

And Danae's sister Kristin, of course, is a fellow '88 Mooney alum. Hope to see you at the reunion and we are discussing making a donation from the reunion funds to Ron!

So to Ron, Danae and their families, you are in our thoughts and prayers.
